Regan joined The NemetzGroup in 2021. She is a hands-on, creative director with over 20 years of experience as a graphic designer, delivering best-in-class design for brand development, sales and marketing materials, presentations, event support, digital marketing, etc. – from concept through activation – across audiences, channels, and mediums. She excels at developing new strategies to manage complex projects and clearly defining best practices, policies, and tools.

Before joining the company, Regan worked as an in-house Associate Creative Director at Informa Tech, where she guided strategic and conceptual creative thinking for 15+ B2B and B2C tech and media brands, including setting visual brand direction and ensuring creative deliverables met expectations by providing specific and actionable feedback. Prior to Informa Tech, Regan held various roles of increasing responsibility, most notably at TEKsystems, Gryphon Technologies, and The Design Block. She is passionate about growing and developing incredible creative professionals while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
