The NemetzGroup founder and CEO, Susan Nemetz, progressed in her career from biopharma sales to multiple functional leadership levels to become a global biopharma executive. She saw firsthand the need to balance the creative spirit that drives pharmaceutical innovation with the disciplined process that brings visions to fruition.
Recognizing a need to bring this balance to companies of all sizes, Sue founded The NemetzGroup in 2003.
Sue believes that “commercialization is a mindset” entwined in every part of a successful life sciences company. If a therapy cannot make it through the commercialization journey and reach the people it was designed to serve, years of development were for naught.
“Building a life sciences advisory firm was my way of sharing what I’ve learned,” Sue says. “Before I retire, I want to give away all the answers.”
