Radhika has innate customer-focused project management skills and works cross-functionally to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. She brings value to companies building their commercialization plans through her expertise in technology solutions and planning.

Radhika Sabnis joined The NemetzGroup in 2022 through her role at Corval, bringing 10 years of project management experience in the biopharma and healthcare domain.

Radhika provides commercialization project management support for The NemetzGroup engagements across workstreams for biopharma clients. At Corval, as part of the Customer and Partner Success team onboarding Corval customers, she oversees all project activities, helping companies build their commercialization plans. Radhika has led complex projects spanning software implementation, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and quality and process improvement.

In a prior position with Healthcentric Advisors, she worked with hospital systems and clinicians throughout Massachusetts to maintain healthcare quality compliance, streamline workflows, and maximize Medicare payments. She has held similar management and consulting roles at Partners HealthCare, Biogen Exeter Health Resources, and Lonza Biologics.

In addition to her PMP certification and a BS in Biotechnology, Radhika holds an MS in Genetic Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.
