Mairelisa is an AI Analytics Engineer within The NemetzGroup’s Innovation Center, where she works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data, analytics, and life sciences commercialization. She designs and develops AI- and data-driven solutions that support both internal operations and client-facing work. She also leads The NemetzGroup’s Technology Steering Team, which focuses on emerging technology, internal tools, responsible AI practices, and identifying opportunities to improve how technology is used across the firm.

Mairelisa began her career at Corval as a Business Analyst and later moved into a client-facing implementation role, working across product development, customer success, data, and technology before transitioning into her current engineering-focused position. Prior to Corval and The NemetzGroup, she gained experience with the U.S. Census Bureau, the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development, and Grand Circle Corporation. Mairelisa holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics with a concentration in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
