Jake’s deep expertise bridges life sciences commercial transformation with a track record of building innovative digital and AI-enabled solutions across the medical and commercial domains.

Jake joined The NemetzGroup in 2026 as Head of Growth and Practice Lead, Commercialization and Launch Excellence. As Head of Growth, he leads growth strategy for The NemetzGroup’s combined organization, bringing strategic advisory and innovative solutioning together into integrated, technology-powered offerings. As Practice Lead, he helps life sciences clients build modern go-to-market and launch strategies that reach patients, providers, and other key healthcare stakeholders in an increasingly digital world. Over nearly 20 years at the intersection of healthcare and technology, Jake has built expertise in commercial transformation, innovation as a service, and digital health and AI solutions across commercial launch, medical affairs, market access, and patient services.

Before joining The NemetzGroup, Jake was a Managing Director at Syneos Health, where he built and scaled a commercial and medical innovation business offering both advisory and digital solutioning across the pharma value chain. Prior to Syneos, he held leadership roles in industry as well as life science service providers, including Amgen, EVERSANA, IBM Watson Health, ICON plc, and the Digital Medicine Society (DiME).

Jake holds a BBA in Finance and a minor in Healthcare Management from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in Strategy from the USC Marshall School of Business.
