Ellen brings proactive engagement, positive energy, and incredible rigor to our team. Her broad biopharma experience helps align client-facing efforts and internal business operations while providing collaborative support and resourcefulness.

Ellen joined the NemetzGroup in 2013 and brings decades of commercial experience in brand strategy, launch planning and execution, medical education, and senior leadership. Ellen contributes her organizational and commercialization expertise, working seamlessly with our client-facing consultants, internal operations, and executive team on business operations and communications initiatives.

Ellen began her pharma career at Marion Laboratories (a founding branch of Sanofi Aventis) and progressed through leadership positions within sales, sales training, and product marketing for multiple brands. She moved to senior leadership positions for startup franchises at Genentech and AAI Pharma before joining Endo Pharmaceuticals. As Director of Specialty Sales, Ellen led the launches of numerous brands across multiple therapeutic areas and developed high-performing teams to consistently achieve financial results.

Earning a BA in Nursing, Ellen’s early career as a registered nurse at an urban trauma center provided a strong clinical and patient-centered foundation.
