Chris Katsaros is Head of Engineering at The NemetzGroup, where he leads engineering for our Innovation Center. He joined Corval in 2024, bringing expertise in technology strategy, software innovation, AI, systems integration, and business development. Chris works closely with clients and internal teams to spot opportunities, shape technology strategy, and show how emerging solutions can solve real business challenges. He has a strong record of translating business needs into scalable technology, automation, and actionable data insights, and his curiosity about emerging trends keeps the team looking ahead.

Previously, as a Senior Software Architect at Johnson & Johnson Insurance Agency, Chris led technology initiatives including the use of AI models to estimate profitability, improvements to data architecture and efficiency, and the development of a streamlined one-step insurance quoting platform. Born in the Midwest, Chris was drawn to the South by the allure of the ocean and has never looked back—enjoying almost any activity on the water, including surfing, fishing, and boating. He holds a BAA in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina.
