Tracy brings engaging energy, continuous learning, and a creative application of solutions to our growing team.

Tracy joined the NemetzGroup in 2024 as a Business Operations Coordinator. The NemetzGroup recruited Tracy from Project Onramp, a Life Science Cares program that creates professional opportunities with promising under-resourced and underrepresented applicants.

Prior experience includes working as an intern for Takeda Pharmaceuticals in digital asset management on cross-functional projects. Tracy’s technical proficiency spans numerous software and productivity tools. In a short time, Tracy has become our go-to for many internal operations resources, new hire onboarding, managing enterprise-wide initiatives and team budgets, and assisting our Senior Manager of Finance and Operations.

Tracy received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Psychology and an MBA from Clark University.
