Cristiana Salgado-Braga is a senior global executive known for her experience with emerging and Fortune 500/Top 20 Biotech and Biopharma companies, where she has managed €2.5B P&Ls, overseen clinical-stage pipelines, and is a member of the Johnson & Johnson Innovation Board Fellowship. 

With education and experience spanning both the R&D and the enterprise business of drug development and commercialization, Cristiana is uniquely positioned to help biopharma companies gain access, compete effectively, and succeed in new and established markets. Prior to joining The NemetzGroup in 2024, Cristiana served as Global VP, Head of Rare Hematologic Diseases for Sanofi Specialty Care, where she also operated as business lead for pipeline assets and strategic alliances, delivering years of double-digit growth.

Cristiana now serves the biotech industry by advising biotech and pharma companies on the critical levers for their launch initiatives, evaluating pipeline strategy, and performing risk assessments. Thoughtful questioning, flexible, and creative, she sees associations between different ideas and schools of thought, crafting her recommendations to maximize shareholder value by incorporating diverse perspectives into business practices and tapping on her extensive international professional network in the US, EU, APAC, and LATAM, including, academic network in INSEAD (France) and Harvard Business School (US).
